Recorded over the span of 10 years and compiled using beds tracks recorded initially at the Mother's Den. After Fit to Burn came out I had decided to continue with these selections. I had worked to add layers with Kristian Riley at a couple of studios and then to finish more tracking with Jeff Hamilton who plays on and mixed the record. Mastering done by Trevor Sadler at Mastermind Productions.
